Five things you already know

Rough is fine — nobody is checking your homework. The number moves as you type.

Everything that hits the CRM — web, third-party, phone, walk-in.

%

Out of every 100 leads, how many end up buying?

How far back the data goes. Older systems aren't counted.

$

What the store actually keeps on an average deal.

$

Used only to show sales volume next to the gross.

Dead leads in your database
27,000

450 leads go dark every month × 60 months on your current CRM. Nothing older than that system is counted, so treat this as the floor.

The arithmetic

Every number above, shown its working.

A valuation you can’t check is a guess in a nicer font. Here is the whole chain, including the one place we put a number in that didn’t come from you.

Leads that go dark
monthly leads × (100% − your close rate). Every lead that did not buy this month is still in the CRM, and it is still costing what it cost to acquire.
Your dead-lead count
leads going dark × 12 × years on your CRM. This is the number almost no store can pull on demand, which is exactly why we derive it instead of asking for it. Only the current system counts — whatever lived in the CRM before it is real, uncounted, and not in your total.
The recovery band
1% to 4%. That is what trigger-led outreach converts dormant dealership leads at, against roughly 0.1% for an untargeted blast to the same list. We show the whole band rather than one flattering number, and the middle tier is the one we would actually forecast against.
What we value it at
recovered deals × your gross per unit. Gross profit, not revenue — you do not value an asset by the money that passes through it, and a seven-figure “revenue” headline would be the easy lie here. Sales volume is shown beside each tier so you can see both.
What we assume about you
Nothing except the recovery band. Lead flow, close rate, CRM age, and gross are all your store’s own figures — which is also why the estimate is only as good as what you typed.
Estimate vs. exact

When you want the real number.

The valuation above is honest about being an estimate. If you want the actual count off the actual database, that is the one thing we can’t do without looking at it.

01

The estimate is derived

It is built from five numbers you supplied. Good enough to decide whether this is worth ten more minutes — not good enough to plan a quarter around.

02

The exact count is counted

We read the real database: how many contacts, how old, from which sources, against which vehicles, and how many are still reachable and still consented.

03

That takes fifteen minutes

One call, screen shared, your CRM open. You get the real number and the segment breakdown whether or not you ever become a customer.

What the fix costs

And what does it cost
to go get it?

The valuation is free and runs on numbers you already have. Revvive itself is priced so the first 60 days carry the risk instead of you.

PricingRevvive has two pricing tiers: a 60-day Pilot at $300 per rooftop per month plus $300 per vehicle sold, refunded in full if it does not sell at least one car; and Standard at $1,500 per rooftop per month plus $300 per vehicle sold. Setup and integration are included, and both tiers process up to 1,000 dormant leads per rooftop per month.

60-day pilot · $0 if it sells nothing

Now go cash it in.

You know roughly what the book is worth. The pilot is how you find out what it actually pays — and it costs nothing if it doesn't sell a car.
