You will own real surface area from week one. Revvive reads a dealership CRM and DMS, decides who is worth contacting today and why, drafts the message in that store’s voice, and books the appointment. Every part of that is still being built, and the person who takes this role will shape a lot of it.
What you'll do
- Build and own integrations against dealer CRMs and DMSs, which are old, inconsistent, and rarely documented
- Work on the trigger engine: the logic that decides a specific lead has a real reason to be contacted today
- Ship LLM features that have to be right in front of a customer, not just demo well
- Build the internal tooling the team runs the business on
- Talk to dealers directly. We are too small for a telephone game between engineering and the customer
What we're looking for
- Strong in TypeScript and comfortable across the stack, front to back
- Able to work from an ambiguous problem instead of a ticket
- Careful with other people’s data, because we are handling real customer records under TCPA and CASL
- Comfortable being early: some weeks are polish, some weeks are a rewrite
Nice to have
- You have worked with LLM APIs on something real, not just a side project
- You have dealt with messy third-party APIs and lived to tell about it
- You have been at a company this small before and liked it
What you'll work withTypeScript, Next.js, React, Vercel, Supabase, Postgres, the Anthropic API
Apply for Software Developer →You will be the first voice a dealership hears from us. This is a real outbound role: calling and emailing GMs, general sales managers, and dealer principals, getting them on a 15-minute call, and building the top of our pipeline. We are early, so you will not be handed a script and left alone. You will help write it.
What you'll do
- Run outbound to dealership decision-makers by phone and email, every day
- Book qualified fit calls onto the calendar and keep them warm until they happen
- Learn the dealer world well enough to be useful on a call, not just persistent
- Feed back what you hear, because objections from the phone shape the product and the site
- Keep the CRM honest so we can tell what is actually working
What we're looking for
- Genuinely fine with the phone. This role is not for someone hoping to email their way to quota
- Organized enough to run a follow-up cadence without being chased
- Direct and quick on your feet. Dealer GMs are busy and will tell you so
- Motivated by a number and honest about the ones you miss
Nice to have
- You have sold to dealerships, or worked at one
- You have done outbound at an early company where the playbook did not exist yet
- You have used a power dialer and a sequencing tool before
What you'll work withJustCall, Saleshandy, Apollo, Airtable
